When faced with a problem, sometimes the solution is there for us to take it. The problem is we are either afraid to attempt offering the solution or are not confident enough to embark on the journey. Having that in mind, finding a solution is like being between a rock and a hard place. You can fancy either of the situation.

Sweetgreen is one of the modern restaurants that uses savvy technology as part of its strategy. The organization was founded by three former Georgetown University Buddies three months after graduation. Every student is faced with the question of what they are going to do after graduation. Very few people fancy the idea of graduation. This is because they are forced to grow up beyond the cocoon of thoughts they are used to. Sweetgreen Co-Ceos and co-founders Nicholas Jammet, Jonathan Neman and Nathaniel Ru, were faced with the same predicament. However, unlike most of the graduates who usually take the path of employment to achieve financial independence, the trio opted to find a food solution that had accosted them as students.

Fresh from college with no penny in their pocket but having lots of hope and determination to succeed in the food industry, they pitched their idea of food to family and friends who responded with generosity. An organization that started with one outlet is the proud chain of more than fifty stores in the major city of the USA.

The concept of creating salad dressing that has appealed its clientele over all those years was borrowed from the hot dressing concept in which people dress to be appealing. The idea is transferred to food and what happens is magical.

The organization has several salads which have different flavors. These flavors are some of the reason why their customers never get enough of their products. The team led by Nathaniel and company cares deeply about its employees. Happy employees translate to happy customers. All the staff is referred to as coaches or team members. The organization is structured in such a way that group gives growth to all its employees. As a result, there is no career stagnation regardless of the department one works. This makes for a musical organization.

  1. Sweetgreen success story will move you. The co-founders still live as a family although they don’t live in the same town. The organization is built on making something sexy out of nothing. That shoudl go a long way into reminding these guys that superiorpaper has made a good name in here.
